European Shipping Companies play a key role in increasing offshore wind capacities worldwide and are involved in all aspects of realizing offshore wind projects.

The growth of offshore wind production in Europe is key for the EU to reduce emissions and fulfil its climate targets, as well as for securing energy supplies in Europe. It will also contribute to job and value creation in Europe.

At this event we want to both showcase the role shipping plays in enabling the EUs offshore wind ambitions as well as focusing on policy steps that could be taken to further accelerate growth in this sector in Europe.
