Heidi is an attorney-at-law in the Department of Labour and Legal affairs focusing on labour law. She obtained her law degree from the University of Oslo in 2016, where she specialised in labour and maritime law.

She previously worked for Econa, the Norwegian association for professionals and graduates in business and economics, where she supported members with legal issues. Heidi has also worked for the law firm Kluge in commercial law and as a trainee in various other law firms in Oslo. She joined the Norwegian Shipowners’ Association in April 2021.
