Heidi works as an advisor in the Department of Policy and Analysis focusing on national processes within business politics and climate. 

She has a BA in Business Administration and Organisational Theory from the University of Bergen and University of Queensland, and a Master’s degree in Political Science from the University of Oslo, specialising in environmental regulations in shipping. She has experience from the international UN system, and before joining the team at the Shipowner’s Association, she worked at the Danish foundation Global Maritime Forum.
